Ребята из команды разработчиков CSPromod вчера заявили, что релиз версии Promod'а 1.09 не состоится одновременно с релизом Counter-Strike: Global Offensive от компании Valve.

Как нам удалось разузнать, дата выхода CSPromod 1.09 — примерно 27-30 августа. Создатели мода не боятся конкуренции CS:GO. Ребята сказали, что новая Counter-Strike от Valve — это не киберспортивная игра, а вот CSPromod — это действительно то, в чем сейчас нуждается CS-комьюнити.

Разработчики говорят, что новая информация, касемо CSP 1.09 будет поступать постепенно. Фанаты будут очень удивлены, когда узнают, сколько нововведений приготовили для них разработчики. Так что, обязательно оставайтесь с нами, чтобы не пропустить свежей информации!

Кстати, вот список изменений CSPromod 1.09, правда он на английском, переводить мы не стали:

BETA 1.09 Feature Additions

Added GoldSrc sound spatialisation
Added predicted attacks (can be disabled via cl_predict_attacks 0 and/or cl_predict_deaths 0)

Added cl_crosshair_expansion_factor ConVar and tweaked related behavior a bit

    Ну, не знаю. Как по мне, так 1.6 просто «утопили» в бешеном потоке современных игр. Ей никогда не найдут замены. Она уникальна. Какова бы ни была графика последующих сиквелов CS, им все равно не заменить 1.6, такую оригинальную, ту самую первую, такую командную игру, с такой динамикой, гениальными картами (да, их просто переносят из 1.6 в сиквелы), с просчитанной до мелочей экономикой, и конечно же уникальной механикой.

    Планируют в качестве замены 1.6? Не выйдет...
    На одном сайте я видел статейку об одной из новых игр, продолжении популярного сиквела. Так вот, понравилась мне одна фраза, звучащая таким образом: «После выхода шедевров, всегда находится группа людей, которая топит их в этом самом».
